With over 15 years of experience in the energy industry, Till brings a dynamic blend of expertise in innovation, startups and venture capital to Eneco Ventures. Prior to joining our team, Till played pivotal roles including launching a successful startup, serving as an advisor and interim CFO for multiple ventures, and investing in startups as a VC investor, gaining invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities of early-stage companies.

Driven by a passion for advancing the energy transition, Till is dedicated to identifying and investing in cutting-edge technologies and business models that shape the future of sustainable energy. At Eneco Ventures, Till collaborates closely with visionary founders and teams, leveraging extensive industry knowledge and a proven track record in fostering growth and innovation.

Till holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and has enriched his experience with study visits to the USA, Argentina and Brazil.

Outside of work, Till is a proud parent to two wonderful children, whose boundless energy serves as a constant reminder of the importance of resilience and adaptation in both personal and professional pursuits. He enjoys playing the piano and exploring various sports, recently taking up paddle tennis.
