Wind offshore
It's practically always windy in the Netherlands. With all the targets set out in the climate agreement, we will of course not only achieve the sustainability of our energy with offshore wind alone. Onshore energy generation must also grow substantially to 35 billion kilowatt hours per year by 2030. When developing a wind farm, we like to involve the environment during the process.
Norther Wind Farm
Norther, one of the largest Belgian offshore wind farms, has been operational since June 2019.

Hollandse Kust (noord) Wind Farm
The Consortium CrossWind, a joint venture between Shell in the Netherlands and Eneco, have been awarded the tender to build the wind farm subsidy-free.
SeaMade Wind Farm
SeaMade stands for a combination of two offshore wind projects, formerly known as Mermaid (235 MW) and Seastar (252 MW).
Borssele III/IV Wind Farm
The Borssele III & IV wind farm is located approximately 55 km from the Dutch port of Vlissingen and is expected to be fully operational in 2021.
